About Kritek LLC

A Technology Company Built on Trust, Expertise & Innovation

For over 15 years, Kritek LLC has partnered with organizations across Colorado and the United States to solve complex technology challenges and build the digital infrastructure of the future.

Our Story

From Startup to Nationally Recognized IT Leader

Kritek LLC was founded in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, with a clear and ambitious vision: to bring enterprise-grade technology capabilities to organizations of all sizes, empowering them to compete, innovate, and serve their stakeholders more effectively. What started as a small team of passionate engineers has grown into a recognized force in IT consulting and software development.

From day one, our philosophy has been simple — listen first, then build. We believe that technology is only as good as the problems it solves, and the problems that matter most are the ones our clients face every single day. That commitment to practical, results-oriented technology has made us the trusted partner of public agencies, private enterprises, healthcare organizations, and smart city initiatives across the country.

Over the years, we have expanded our capabilities from traditional IT consulting into full-stack software development, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, advanced data analytics, and beyond. Our portfolio includes mission-critical systems that serve millions of end users, infrastructure that keeps cities connected, and platforms that allow organizations to make smarter decisions in real time.

Today, Kritek operates from our Highlands Ranch headquarters, bringing the agility of a focused team with the capabilities of a much larger organization. We are proud of our track record — and even more excited about what comes next for our clients and our company.

Kritek team collaboration
Core Values

The Principles That Guide Everything We Do

Our values are not a wall poster — they are the standards by which we hire, measure our work, and build client relationships every single day.

Integrity Without Exception
We tell our clients the truth — about timelines, budgets, and technical realities — even when it's not what they want to hear. Long-term trust matters more than short-term convenience. Every recommendation we make is in our client's best interest, not our own.
Client-First Mentality
Your success is our success. We organize our entire operation around delivering value to the clients we serve. From the first discovery call to post-launch support, every touchpoint is designed to exceed expectations and create lasting positive outcomes.
Relentless Innovation
Technology evolves at breakneck speed and so do we. Our team continuously trains on emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure clients always have access to the best available solutions — not yesterday's answers to tomorrow's problems.
Collaborative Partnership
We embed ourselves in our clients' teams, not just deliver from the outside. Deep collaboration produces better solutions, faster. We believe that the best technology outcomes happen when technical experts and domain experts work side by side.
Technical Excellence
Good enough is never good enough at Kritek. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of code quality, system reliability, security, and performance. Rigorous testing, peer review, and continuous improvement are baked into our development culture.
Sustainability & Responsibility
We design systems with efficiency and longevity in mind. Cloud architectures that minimize energy waste, code that performs elegantly without overconsumption, and solutions built to grow gracefully — these are the hallmarks of Kritek's responsible engineering philosophy.

Advertising Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2025  |  Effective date: July 1, 2025  |  Kritek LLC, 9609 S University Blvd Unit 630680, Highlands Ranch, CO 80163, US

1. Introduction and Scope

This Advertising Policy ("Policy") governs the use of digital advertising technologies by Kritek LLC ("Kritek," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), paid search campaigns, display advertising, retargeting, and remarketing activities. This Policy is intended to inform users of our website at kritek.us how their data may be used in connection with advertising activities, and to document our compliance with applicable advertising platform policies and privacy laws.

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Advertising Policy and our Privacy Policy, which together describe how we collect and use your data. We are committed to conducting all advertising activities ethically, transparently, and in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform-specific requirements, including Microsoft Advertising's Policies and the requirements of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB).

This Policy applies to all advertising campaigns run by Kritek LLC or on its behalf, including campaigns on Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and any other digital advertising platforms we may utilize. We update this Policy as our advertising practices evolve and as new legal or platform requirements emerge.

2. Advertising Technologies We Use

We use the following advertising and tracking technologies on our website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to deliver relevant advertisements:

2.1 Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) Universal Event Tracking (UET)

We use the Microsoft Advertising UET tag on our website. This technology allows us to track actions visitors take on our Site after clicking on one of our ads on the Microsoft Advertising network (including Bing, MSN, and partner sites). The UET tag collects data including pages visited, time spent on site, and conversion events (such as form submissions). This data is used to measure ad performance, optimize bidding strategies, and create remarketing audiences. The UET tag may set cookies including _uetmsid and _uetvid on your device. For information about Microsoft Advertising's data practices, please visit: privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement.

2.2 Microsoft Clarity

We may use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics service, to understand how users interact with our website. Microsoft Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to collect data about mouse movements, clicks, scroll behavior, and session recordings (heatmaps). Data collected through Microsoft Clarity may be shared with Microsoft and used in connection with advertising personalization. You can opt out of Microsoft Clarity data collection through the cookie settings on our Site.

2.3 Google Ads Tracking

We may place Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags on our Site. These tags allow us to track conversions from Google Ads campaigns and serve personalized advertisements to previous visitors through the Google Display Network. Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

2.4 LinkedIn Insight Tag

We may use the LinkedIn Insight Tag for B2B advertising purposes. This tag enables conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience analytics for LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting IT decision-makers, C-suite executives, and technology professionals. LinkedIn's privacy policy is available at linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.

3. Remarketing and Retargeting

We engage in remarketing and retargeting advertising activities, which means we may serve targeted advertisements to users who have previously visited our website. This is achieved through the placement of cookies and pixel tags that recognize your browser when you visit other websites or platforms within our advertising networks. Remarketing allows us to present relevant information about Kritek's services to users who have expressed prior interest in our offerings, resulting in a more relevant advertising experience.

Remarketing audiences are built based on pages visited, time on site, and interactions with our content. We do not build remarketing audiences based on sensitive personal characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, health status, sexual orientation, or financial hardship. All remarketing audiences are configured in compliance with Microsoft Advertising, Google, and LinkedIn platform policies prohibiting discrimination and targeting based on sensitive categories.

If you do not wish to receive retargeted advertisements from Kritek, you can opt out by: (a) using the cookie preferences tool on our Site; (b) opting out of interest-based advertising through the Microsoft Advertising opt-out page at about.ads.microsoft.com; (c) using the Google Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com; or (d) using the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info. Please note that opting out of personalized advertising does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements from us — it means those advertisements will no longer be tailored based on your browsing history.

4. Ad Content Standards and Compliance

All advertising content created and distributed by Kritek LLC adheres to the following standards:

  • Accuracy and Truthfulness: All claims in our advertisements are accurate, substantiated, and not misleading. We do not use deceptive tactics, fake urgency, or false testimonials in any advertising material.
  • Clear Identification: Our paid advertisements are clearly identified as advertisements (e.g., labeled as "Ad" or "Sponsored" by the advertising platform) to distinguish them from organic content.
  • Landing Page Compliance: All landing pages linked from our advertisements provide a clear, accurate description of the services offered, include contact information, and contain links to this Advertising Policy and our Privacy Policy.
  • Non-Discriminatory Targeting: We do not use advertising targeting parameters to discriminate against protected classes or to exclude users based on characteristics protected by applicable law.
  • Respect for Children: We do not target advertising to individuals under the age of 18 and do not advertise on platforms, channels, or content primarily directed at minors.
  • Compliance with Platform Policies: All advertising campaigns comply with the specific content policies and advertising standards of each platform used, including Microsoft Advertising's Content Policy available at help.ads.microsoft.com.

5. User Consent and Opt-Out Rights

In jurisdictions where consent is required for advertising tracking (including Colorado, California, and the European Economic Area), we request and record user consent prior to deploying advertising tracking technologies. Our cookie banner allows users to accept, decline, or manage individual categories of cookies and tracking technologies. Consent records are stored and maintained to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.

Where users have not provided consent for advertising cookies, Kritek will not deploy tracking technologies for advertising personalization. We support global privacy controls (GPC) where required by law. Users may also contact us directly at man@kritek.us to exercise opt-out rights or request information about data processed for advertising purposes.

6. Data Used for Advertising

For advertising purposes, we may process the following categories of data: (a) website behavioral data (pages visited, time on site, clicks, scroll depth); (b) device and browser identifiers; (c) general geographic location (city/region level, derived from IP address); (d) ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, conversions); and (e) custom audience lists created from hashed email addresses of consenting contacts for customer match advertising. We do not use sensitive personal data — such as health information, financial data, political views, or biometric data — for advertising targeting purposes.

7. Microsoft Advertising Specific Compliance

In connection with our use of Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads, Kritek confirms the following: We have implemented the Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking tag in accordance with Microsoft's documentation and requirements. We maintain a clear and accessible Privacy Policy that discloses our use of Microsoft Advertising tracking technologies. We obtain legally required consent before using Microsoft UET cookies where applicable. Our advertising campaigns comply with Microsoft Advertising's editorial policies, prohibited content guidelines, and restricted categories policies. We do not advertise in prohibited categories as defined by Microsoft Advertising, including but not limited to: deceptive, illegal, or dangerous products or services, counterfeit goods, or content that violates intellectual property rights. For questions about our Microsoft Advertising compliance, contact man@kritek.us.

8. Third-Party Advertising Networks

Our website may include content or advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. Kritek does not control the advertising content served by these networks, and their data practices are governed by their own privacy and advertising policies. We vet third-party advertising partners to ensure they meet baseline privacy and content quality standards before enabling their tags on our Site. If you encounter advertising content through our Site that you believe violates applicable standards, please report it to us at man@kritek.us.

9. Policy Updates and Contact

We review and update this Advertising Policy at least annually or whenever our advertising practices change materially. The most current version of this Policy is always available at kritek.us. For questions, complaints, or opt-out requests related to our advertising activities, please contact:
